The following three documents must be filled out completely and returned along with a check in the amount of $66.00 payable to "The Grove at Harbor Hills". Incomplete forms will not be accepted, which would create a delay in approval by the Board of Directors.
All "Intent To Lease" forms will be evaluated for compliance with the Leasing Cap established on August 8, 2018. No Tenant may move in without prior approval. Please read the amendment on the website button "Documents" for a complete explanation
